Sales Manager
Job Description
WalexBiz Group is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage business development activities, and lead the Company’s sales team toward achieving organizational goals.The ideal candidate must possess strong managerial ability, digital marketing knowledge, leadership capability, revenue-generation expertise, and sales proficiency, with practical experience in P2P (Peer-to-Peer) business/transaction operations and client relationship management. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to identify market opportunities, close business deals, manage customer relationships, and drive measurable business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by Management.
- Identify and convert leads into paying clients and business opportunities.
- Drive contract closure, partnership opportunities, and client acquisition.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance goals.
- Set performance targets and ensure accountability across the sales team.
- Conduct staff coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews.
- Ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to drive visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Oversee social media campaigns, online promotions, and digital sales initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with digital marketers to improve campaign effectiveness and sales conversion.
- Demonstrate practical experience in P2P (Peer-to-Peer) operations, digital transactions, and online business models.
- Identify strategic opportunities within digital and financial ecosystems where applicable.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and business meetings.
- Maintain excellent customer relationship management to ensure repeat business and retention.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and business opportunities until closure.
- Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and market intelligence reports.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies for improved performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of sales activities through approved systems.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and close sales deals.
- Practical understanding of digital marketing strategies and lead generation.
- Experience in P2P business/transactions is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
