Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to overall business profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Promotion & Presentation
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote company products or services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Negotiation & Closing
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Close sales deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Update CRM or sales systems with relevant data.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
