Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Guest Experience

Job Description

The PRO Manager is responsible for attracting high-value guests (“ballers” and premium spenders) to Pubx, enhancing customer patronage, and driving revenue through increased sales of premium products and services. The role focuses on relationship management, guest engagement, brand positioning, and creating a high-spending customer experience within the venue.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify, attract, and retain high-value customers and VIP guests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, high-net-worth individuals, and regular premium spenders.
  • Actively invite and host key guests to drive consistent footfall and engagement.
Revenue Growth & Sales Activation
  • Drive sales of premium drinks, bottles, and VIP packages.
  • Promote table reservations, events, and special offers to high-value clients.
  • Collaborate with management to design strategies that increase average spend per guest.
Brand Representation & Guest Experience
  • Act as the face of Pubx in engaging with VIP clients and key patrons.
  • Ensure guests receive exceptional service and personalized attention.
  • Maintain a premium and exclusive brand image for Pubx.
Event & Promotion Support
  • Support and promote events, themed nights, and special activations.
  • Leverage personal networks and social influence to boost event attendance.
  • Work closely with marketing and club management to execute promotional strategies.
Customer Engagement & Retention
  • Monitor guest preferences and ensure personalized experiences.
  • Encourage repeat visits and loyalty among high-spending customers.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Track guest turnout, sales contribution, and revenue impact from VIP clients.
  • Provide regular reports on high-value customer engagement and performance.
  • Recommend strategies to improve patronage and revenue growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of high-value guests brought in

Job Requirement

  • Experience in hospitality, nightlife promotion, sales, or public relations.
  • Strong network of high-value clients or ability to build one quickly.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior in nightlife/luxury entertainment.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak event periods.
