Job Description
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager develops and implements HR policies that support the organization's goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee employee performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR information systems.
- Advise management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.
- Promote employee engagement, diversity, and workplace well-being.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Several years of experience in human resources, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
