Human Resource Intern
Job Description
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR department in daily administrative and operational functions. The role provides practical exposure to core HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and performance management, while contributing to the smooth running of HR processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration Support- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Support documentation of HR policies, letters, and reports.
- Organize and file employee-related documents in line with company standards.
- Assist in job posting, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees.
- Help prepare orientation materials and induction sessions.
- Assist in handling basic employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.
- Support communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Help maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Assist in tracking employee attendance and leave records.
- Support preparation of performance appraisal documents.
- Help compile HR reports for management review.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Support tracking of employee training participation.
- Help maintain training records and feedback reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR department.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirement
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
