Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role leverages digital channels, data analytics, and creative content to achieve business objectives and enhance the organization’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and manage online campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search engines, and display advertising).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

Content & Social Media Management
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for digital platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Increase audience engagement and grow online communities.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Paid Advertising
  • Optimize website and content for search engine visibility (SEO).
  • Manage paid campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and decision-making.

Website & CRM Management
  • Update and manage website content to ensure relevance and usability.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

Market Research & Trends
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing tools and best practices.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
  • Strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
