Job Description

The Digital Marketing is responsible for driving the Company's digital marketing activities, generating qualified leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.The role combines digital marketing expertise with strong sales and business development skills, requiring the ability to identify prospects, create demand, engage potential customers, conduct product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, overcome objections, and successfully close deals.The successful candidate must be target-driven, commercially minded, persuasive, proactive, and capable of taking a prospect from lead generation through to successful deal closure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote the Company's products and services.
  • Generate qualified leads through social media, email marketing, search engines, online platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize the Company's social media presence and digital marketing platforms.
  • Create engaging marketing content, including advertisements, posts, articles, videos, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify new digital channels and opportunities for customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a consistent online presence that supports the Company's sales objectives.
 Sales & Business Development
  • Convert marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and contact potential customers and businesses.
  • Conduct prospecting activities through calls, emails, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Understand customers' business needs and recommend appropriate Company products and solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations where required.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
 Deal Closing & Revenue Generation
  • Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Qualify prospects and determine their purchasing potential and decision-making authority.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to move opportunities forward.
  • Negotiate with prospects within approved Company pricing and commercial guidelines.
  • Identify buying signals and use appropriate closing techniques to secure business.
  • Follow up persistently with prospects until a clear outcome is achieved.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on expected closures.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and referrals.
 Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain professional and productive relationships with clients.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer enquiries and requests.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to encourage satisfaction, retention, referrals, and repeat business.
  • Record customer interactions, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities in the Company's CRM or approved reporting system.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant market information to Management.
 Market Research & Business Intelligence
  • Research competitors, market trends, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Identify new target markets and potential customer segments.
  • Monitor competitors' digital marketing and sales activities.
  • Provide Management with market intelligence and recommendations for increasing sales.
SALES PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
The role is expected to deliver measurable commercial results, including:
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Number of prospects contacted.
  • Number of appointments/demonstrations secured.
  • Number and value of quotations/proposals issued.
  • Conversion rate from leads to opportunities.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
  • Strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
